The Power Of A Grateful Morning

Good Morning Love, and welcome to episode 12 of  "Inspire My Morning"
I'm so excited that you're here! This morning we will focus on the power of a grateful morning.

Let's admit it, sometimes cranking up your good morning routine can be a little difficult. Perhaps you had a rough yesterday, you didn't get enough sleep last night, or you have difficult things to face in your today.

Being grateful in the mornings can help you raise your vibration and help you to have a good day anyway.

How To Be Grateful In The Morning:

You can find any reason to be grateful. Something as simple as waking up this morning is a reason to be grateful. We often take waking up for granted, but so many people continued into life-long sleep today.

If there is no other reason to be grateful, getting another day is one. So from that reference point of gratefulness, you can find other reasons to be grateful. You can congratulate yourself for any positive progress you made towards your goals even if it's just the decision to start your day in a more positive state.

You can jot down the many things that you're grateful for in a gratitude journal. You can even draw a mind map to quickly visualize your gratitude.

When you leverage greatness to start your day in a happy state of mind, you'll find that you'll attract more happiness. You will literally be repelling negative energy and attracting positive vibes.

Some Benefits Of Gratitude:

Studies reveal that gratitude makes you feel less stressed. It also helps you develop positive reference points and zone in on happier memories.

Gratitude improves your moods and helps you to make better decisions throughout your day. When you're in a better mood you are naturally more productive.

You can actually get more done through an attitude of gratitude.

There is actually a science behind gratitude and happiness. Studies reveal that people who practice gratitude have stronger immune systems, lower blood pressure, and higher levels of positive emotions.

One of the best benefits of gratitude is that it allows you to live in the present moment. That means that instead of focusing on everything that is wrong in your life, you are choosing to zone in on what's presently good in it.

There are a ton of reasons why gratitude is good. Yet, when you experience the power of a grateful morning, the benefits of gratitude seem to bloom even bigger.

Practice gratefulness this morning. What are you grateful for. Jot it down and see how the power of gratitude follows you through your day.
